-DRY ERASE BOARDS - We also have dry erase boards to sell for $5.00, they are magnetic so they are really easy to use. Please let Stephanie Dotson know if you have any questions.

-GOLF SCRAMBLE: The Colonels Brigade and Guard Classic Golf Scramble will be on Saturday June 2, 2012 at Players Golf Club of Henderson. Starting times will be at 8:30. Please see the attached forms for further details. Flyer or Sponsor Form

-BINGO - 7/18/12 - Workers always needed for bingo. Work 5-9pm and we raise $1000. See Mary Beth Bean to volunteer this night. We need at least 15 people for this evening.  Other dates coming up will be on October 31, and December 15.

-DISCOUNT CARDS: - Discount Cards: Need to gather a committee of 3 to 4 people to solicit area business regarding a discount card to sell. Card would be valid for 6 months worth of continuous discounts. No cost to vendor just discount. See Angela Turner to volunteer on this committee or offer a company discount. Sale dates pending.

-OFFICER POSITIONS AVAILABLE - We are also needing to fill officer positions for next year as well as chairpeople for various committees. We need a Treasurer with accounting/bookkeeping experience. We need someone to organize/sew uniforms. We need a chairperson for the competition this year. We need people to head committees. Please consider stepping up to help next year be a successful one. It takes participation from everyone for this to work. Please let Angela Turner know if you are willing to do any of these jobs.

-MEDICAL FORMS: Medical forms for all Marching Band students need to be turned into Tina Clary ASAP. If the student doesn't have the form turned in they will not be able to go with the marching band. A copy of the form can be found at the HERE or ask their student to pick one up from me.
